- Robert Chenge – Project Director
- Robert Ahen Chenge is a multidisciplinary project director, civil and structural engineer, and strategic leadership scholar committed to advancing national development through infrastructure and systemic reform. He currently serves as the Project Director of the National Homeownership and Housing Development Campaign (NHHDC), an initiative driving affordable housing delivery, promoting indigenous construction systems, and strengthening Nigeria’s housing value chain through innovation, partnerships, and sustainability-focused models.

A graduate of Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi (Second Class Upper, 2012), Engr. Chenge earned his Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, in 2016, where his research emphasized modern materials and life-cycle performance optimization. He is presently a Doctoral Researcher in Leadership and Strategic Studies at the Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna, where his work explores leadership and institutional reforms as pathways to unlocking Nigeria’s socioeconomic potential.
- Emmanuel Etaderhi – Lead Campaign Consultant
- Emmanuel Etaderhi is the Senior Vice President and Head of the Government Affairs Division at FMDQ Group PLC, where he oversees government and regulatory relations. He also holds the position of Executive Secretary at the Financial Centre for Sustainability (FC4S), Lagos. With deep expertise in sustainable finance, capital markets development—including Nigeria’s pioneering green bond market programme—policy and regulatory engagement, and economic development initiatives, he plays a pivotal role in advancing financial sustainability and inclusive economic growth.

His career spans key leadership and advisory roles across Nigeria’s financial landscape. At FMDQ Group, he previously served as Divisional Head, Economic Development, and contributed to major debt capital markets development projects. Earlier in his career, he was Head of Financial Advisory and Economic Research at Financial Derivatives Company, Head of Research at Keystone Bank, and Acting Head of Strategy/Chief Economist at Unity Bank. He also served as Special Assistant to the Delta State Commissioner of Finance. A respected thought leader, Emmanuel has represented FMDQ at the National Housing Strategy Blueprint launch and is a frequent panelist on ESG, green finance, and sustainable economic development forums.
- Terna-kester Kyenge PhD – National Coordinator Government/Stakeholder Relations
- Terna-Kester Kyenge is a renowned scholar, diplomat, and politician with extensive expertise in foreign policy and diplomacy. He holds a BA (English), MPA, MA (International Relations and Strategic Studies), and a PhD in Law and Diplomacy. A firm advocate for social justice and democratic rights, Dr. Kyenge has published widely in local and international journals and presented papers at numerous academic and policy conferences. His commitment to research and leadership excellence has taken him through advanced training programs at prestigious institutions, including the African Leadership Forum (Ota, Nigeria), Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business (USA), London Business School (UK), and the Harvard Kennedy School (USA).

Currently serving as a Resource Person at the Centre for Peace and Development Studies, MOAU Makurdi, and as an Instructional Facilitator and Project Supervisor at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Dr. Kyenge continues to influence both academia and governance. A dedicated grassroots development advocate, he has served as Member of the Benue State House of Assembly, Commissioner for Agriculture and Natural Resources, and Chairman of Logo Local Government Area. He also held key advisory roles as Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Benue State and Legislative Secretary to the Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives. A prolific writer and public affairs analyst, Dr. Kyenge is married with children.
- Osayimwense Daniel Uwadia – Director, DFI Relations
- Osayimwense Daniel Uwadia is a Nigerian youth leader and policy advocate, passionate about sustainable urban development, governance innovation, and youth empowerment. He serves as a Member of the UN-Habitat Stakeholder Advisory Group Enterprise (SAGE), where he contributes to developing inclusive strategies for achieving the UN’s urban and human settlement goals.

A former Senior Special Assistant on SDGs to the Governor of Edo State and Minority Leader of the Nigerian Youth Parliament, Daniel has represented Nigeria at numerous international forums, including the World Urban Forum, Global Solutions Summit, and YouthConnekt Africa Summit.
He continues to champion youth inclusion in global decision-making and promote stronger rural–urban linkages while supports initiatives that advance digital transformation, climate resilience, and participatory governance across communities.
- Busari Amayindi Barnabas – Director Programmes & Implementation
- Busari Amayindi Barnabas is an innovative architectural professional, project and facility manager, and business analyst with over 13 years of experience in designing, managing, and delivering residential, institutional, and commercial building projects across Nigeria. He combines technical expertise with creative insight to produce sustainable, aesthetically pleasing designs that meet client expectations while aligning with budgetary, regulatory, and environmental standards.

He has served in diverse roles across the architecture, telecommunications, and business sectors, including project coordination, facilities management, and customer experience leadership. Through his work with Striped Haus Limited, 9mobile Nigeria, and the Adamawa State Ministry of Works and Housing, he has demonstrated a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee complex construction processes, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects.
Busari holds a Bachelor of Technology in Architecture from the Federal University of Technology, Yola, and an MBA in Finance and Investment from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Currently pursuing his PMP certification, he is also a seasoned corporate trainer who has facilitated leadership and professional development programs for organizations such as the Corporate Affairs Commission, the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, and Family Ministries International.

- Mark Onyekachi is a passionate housing and public policy leader, and a Chartered Civil Engineer (COREN), dedicated to leading Nigeria’s urban and housing systems through evidence-based reforms, social innovation, and participatory leadership. He has led large-scale housing initiatives that achieved up to 20% in construction cost savings while improving design efficiency and community impact.

As convener of the Abuja Real Estate Fireside Chat (AREFC), Nigeria’s foremost housing policy dialogue, Mark has brought together policymakers, developers, and financiers to shape national conversations on housing affordability and resilience. His work bridges policy and practice, advancing sustainable housing models that foster inclusion and economic growth. Mark’s mission is to build scalable, finance-driven systems that ensure every Nigerian has access to safe, dignified, and affordable housing.
